Cardio Bounce Ultra is the Total Fitness program for use with Joggers or Mini Trampoline/Rebounder. These workout routines will strengthen and tone the whole body, whilst improving your Cardio-Vascular and Aerobic Fitness. The rebound "Bouncing" action uses gravity to multiply your body weight, giving you a more efficient workout but with REDUCED skeletal shock compared to exercising on a conventional hard surface. The DVD also features a Gentle Bounce section. If you are new to exercise on a rebounder, or wish to exercise gently then this is the section for you. There is a Warm Up section, Aerobics section and a Stretch section with simple effective low impact exercises, suitable for all ages. All the routines are very easy to follow and we hope you enjoy them. There is also an extra featurette with Linda giving Healthy Eating & Lifestyle tips to compliment your rebounder exercise routines.
